Prior to co-founding Kinderhook Partners in 2003, Steve founded Geocapital Partners, a venture capital firm that managed more than $500 million in a series of partnerships in North America and Europe. Prior to his work at Geocapital Partners, Steve spent four years at Adler and Company responsible for the origination and management of numerous venture capital investments. He has been a director of numerous public and privately held companies.
Prior to co-founding Kinderhook Partners in 2003, Tushar was a Principal at Geocapital Partners, a venture capital firm. Before Geocapital, Tushar was a strategy consultant with the Monitor Group. Tushar was also a WorldTeach volunteer in Ecuador. Tushar is a CFA charterholder and received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.
Prior to joining Kinderhook Partners, Daniel was an analyst at Horizon Capital Management, a deep-value investment firm located in Latin America. Before Horizon, Daniel was a risk management analyst at CPA Ferrere. Daniel is a CFA charterholder and received a B.A. in Economics from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
Prior to joining Kinderhook Partners, Brent was a research analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, a broker-dealer located in New York. Before Cantor, Brent was a leveraged credit analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Brent received a B.S. in Finance from Wagner College.
