Prior to Kinderhook Partners, in 1984 Steve co-founded Geocapital Partners, a leading venture capital fund managing over $500 million in a series of partnerships in North America and Europe. Before Geocapital, Steve was a Partner at Adler & Company, a NY-based venture capital firm. He was also a consultant at Bain & Company. He has been a director of numerous public and private companies. Steve received a B.A. in Mathematics from Haverford College, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Harvard University.
