Prior to Kinderhook Partners, Roger was an associate at Cacti Partners, a privately held, Atlanta-based investment firm. He led research efforts across a range of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, and media. Previously, Roger worked in business development and scientific capacities at Sanofi and Pfizer. Roger also taught at Phillips Academy in a one year fellowship. Roger received a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
